Data we collect

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country (derived from your phone's dial code)
• Colour preference (your vote for a future colour)

How we collect it

• Directly, when you complete the waitlist form on iqase.net
• Through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms, when you submit your details to us on those platforms

Why we use it

• To operate the waitlist and reserve your place
• To send you launch updates and a launch-day discount, by email and WhatsApp

We only contact you about IQASE.

Cookies and analytics (Meta Pixel)

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our waitlist page and ads perform. When you visit, we record anonymous page and form-step events (for example, which step of the waitlist form you reached), without your name, email or phone number.

When you join the waitlist, we also send Meta a Lead event from our server. This includes your email address, phone number, first name and country in hashed (irreversibly scrambled) form, plus your IP address, browser details and Meta's cookie identifiers, so Meta can match the signup to our ads. You can control this through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.

Who processes your data

We share your data only with service providers who help us run IQASE:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for signups
• Our email provider — to deliver confirmation and update emails
• Meta Platforms — lead forms, WhatsApp messaging, and advertising measurement

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email ibrahim@iqase.net and we'll action your request.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
